This page contains information on a menu avaliable from Island Indulgance. Please bear in mind we are able to alter our menus and cater them to your specific requirements. Prices etc. can be supplied on request.

Salad Options
Greek Salad
Tomato, Cucumber, Feta, Olives, Red Onions and Basil Leaves with lemon juice and olive oil

Tossed Garden Salad
mixed leaves with artichokes, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts

Orzo Pasta Salad
deluxe pasta salad with sun dried tomato, goats cheese and roasted capsicums

Chargrilled Vegetable Salad
Courgette, Egg Plant, Artichokes and Red Capsicums flame grilled and served over salad leaves dressed with a balsamic reduction

Spinach and Blue Cheese Salad
Salad of baby spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, green beans, kikorangi blue cheese and pine nuts with a balsamic dressing

Cous Cous Salad
with artichokes, tomato, roasted capsicums and fresh parsley and mint

Roasted Root Vegetable Salad
topped with Feta and glazed with honey and sesame seeds, drizzed with Waiheke Olive Oil

Rocket, Pear and Hazelnut Salad
wild rocket, toasted hazelnuts, pear and avocado oil

Caesar Salad
Coss lettuce tossed with egg, garlic croutons, green beans, olives and parmesan cheese dressed with the classic Caesar dressing

Potatoes
either served hot in butter and mint or as a
creamy salad with spring onions, bacon, garlic, sour cream and mustard mayo



These salads would be great to accompany your BBQ or lunch or dinner, I recommend a selection of 3 or 4 to accompany a Main Course
