This menu is designed to be delivered to your venue on platters ready for you to enjoy.

Minimum numbers 10 on all platters

Marinated Salmon in lime juice with roasted red capsicum and coriander salsa
Fresh Chilli Mussels in their shell
Selection of Japanese Sushi served with soy, ginger, wasabi and salmon caviar
Local Oyster Shooters with fresh tomato juice, lemon and basil
